Delivery and dispatch within Australia
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days from our warehouse in Footscray, Victoria.
We deliver within Australia via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. You can choose which method of shipping you prefer; otherwise we will ship by the most economical method.
We recommend that you use a shipping address where someone will be able to receive the goods during business hours (eg a work address) in case your parcel is sent via courier. Couriers cannot deliver parcels to PO Boxes.
The size of your total order will determine your postage cost – your shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.

We can also offer Express Post or same day bike courier (inner-city Melbourne only). Please contact us for a quote.
Unfortunately, we can only ship to one address per order. If you want to shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. We are not responsible for any delays, loss or damage caused by postage processes.
Click and Collect
For our Melbourne customers we offer Click and Collect on all orders for a flat rate of $4.95. The collection point is MBE Carlton at 152 Peel Street, North Melbourne VIC. Items can be collected anytime from Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm.
Orders received before 11am will be available for Click and Collect by 3pm on the same day. Orders after 11am will be available for collection by 3pm the next day.
The last date for Click and Collect before Christmas is 12 on midday Friday 22 December 2017.
International delivery
We are happy to deliver outside of Australia – please contact us to obtain a quote and we will aim to respond within 24 hours. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
Free delivery
Free delivery is provided on all orders of $150 or more. From time to time, we run free shipping promotions for items below $150. To be notified by email, simply sign up to the CycleStyle e-newsletter at info@cyclestyle.com.au.
Gift-wrapping
We think Julie Andrews was right when she sang ‘Brown paper packages tied up with strings, these are a few of my favourite things’. So to the extent practicable every item is individually bagged in a brown paper bag or wrapped up with eco-friendly brown paper and tied up with string then adorned with a touch of CycleStyle-ishness.
