This Sunday 25 March come along to Maribyrnong’s Family Bike Day and hear all about the council's current…
While bike racing and lycra aren’t really our thing, beautiful scenery, French food and the drama of the most famous bike race of them all means that Le Tour de France is an event not to be missed.
This year outdoor cinema The Shadow Electric and Treadlie Magazine are opening a pop up bar ‘Domestique‘ which will present key stages of Le Tour de France upstairs at The Wilde, corner of Gertrude and Napier St, Fitzroy.
Domestique opens on Saturday 29 June and the tour will be presented each Wednesday through Sunday, concluding on Sunday 21 July.
Each night the bar will open from 8pm with music and films to keep things warm before the race. Inside you’ll find a large indoor screen, HD projection and a late night license. Screenings will cover all mountain stages and important time trials with music, food, beer and mulled wine to keep you up and cheering.
Domestique will be a sports bar for people who prefer bars over sport (that includes us). See you there!
