Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely happy with your item, you may return or exchange any product within 14 days of the date of receipt. Please send us an email at info@cyclestyle.com.au to arrange a return or exchange. If you notify us of your wish to return or exchange an item after 14 days then it may be accepted at our discretion.

The products must be returned new, unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and we have the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the item is not in its original condition.

We are happy to refund your return postage for any genuine returns and exchanges.

Exchange

For clothing and accessories we are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, based on stock availability. For bags and panniers we are happy to exchange your item for any other bag or pannier if the original bag or pannier does not fit your bike. Shipping is free on the replacement item.

Refund

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit/debit card or Paypal account and will exclude original shipping costs which we deduct to cover the administrative cost of processing the refund. Please note card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.

Faulty goods

Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will arrange to repair faulty items. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

If there is a manufacturing fault with the item then your original shipping charges and return shipping charges will be refunded to you.

Colours

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on CycleStyle as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time, so please check back from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your use of our site will signify your acceptance of these changes.
