Free Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your item and you may return or exchange any product within 14 days of the date of dispatch. Please send us an email at email@example.com to arrange a return or exchange. If you notify us of your wish to return or exchange an item after 14 days then it may be accepted at our discretion.
The products must be returned new, unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and we have the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the item is not in its original condition.
We will refund your return postage for any genuine returns and exchanges.
You may exchange your item for any other item in the store and we shall either charge/refund you the difference in price. Shipping is free on the replacement item. We will refund your return postage for any exchanges.
Your full payment (including original shipping cost) will be refunded to the original purchaser via Paypal or bank deposit. We will refund your return postage for any returns.
Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we will arrange to repair faulty items. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
If there is a manufacturing fault with the item then your original shipping charges and return shipping charges will be refunded to you.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on CycleStyle as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time, so please check back from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your use of our site will signify your acceptance of these changes.
