How do I make a purchase?

  • To find what you’re looking for use the SEARCH box or browse under BRANDS or CATEGORY.
  • Once you have found an item, select your size and colour and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button below each item.
  • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ button at the top of the page. You can use the UPDATE or REMOVE buttons to add or remove items from your shopping cart.
  • Click on CHECK OUT WITH PAYPAL to complete your order.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can shop at CycleStyle without creating an account.

You also have the option to set up an account with us so that you can track your orders and review past purchases.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock – if it’s out of stock it will show ‘Sold out’. Note though that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email info@cyclestyle.com.au and we will do our best to help you out.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards via Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account) or you can pay via your existing Paypal account.

If you’d prefer to order and pay by phone, please send us an email with your phone number to info@cyclestyle.com. We will call you back within 24 hours and between 9am-5pm to process your order and arrange payment.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at CycleStyle?

Your personal online security is important to us. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Paypal and we do not store any credit card information in our systems.

Which countries does CycleStyle ship to?

We ship within Australia with Australia Post.

We can also deliver outside of Australia. Please contact us at info@cyclestyle.com.au to obtain a quote and we will aim to respond within 24 hours.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

All product prices are GST inclusive.

If your order is to be delivered overseas, you may also be liable for import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.

If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Do you gift-wrap?

We think Julie Andrews was right when she sang ‘Brown paper packages tied up with strings, these are a few of my favourite things’. So all CycleStyle orders are shipped in their original packaging, then wrapped up with eco-friendly brown paper and tied up with string adorned with a touch of CycleStyle-ishness.

How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost?

We deliver within Australia via Australia Post.

For international orders the postage and handling cost will be at cost according to Australia Post’s current rates and delivered in accordance with Australia Post’s stated delivery times.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, so please check that you have provided a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) before dispatch by emailing info@cyclestyle.com.au and place a new order which contains all the items you require.

How will I know you received my order and when will payment be deducted?

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received.

Your card will only be debited when you place your order. If any of the items you have ordered are not available at the time of dispatch, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected Standard postage, your order cannot be tracked. If you have selected Express postage, you will be able to track the order using the Express Post barcode.

Where is my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Sorry but we are not responsible for any delays, loss or damage caused by postage processes.

How do I return or exchange an item?

You may return or exchange any product within 14 days of the date of dispatch. Please send us an email at returns@cyclestyle.com.au to arrange a return or exchange. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at our discretion.

The products must be returned new, unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.

We are happy to refund any return shipping charges for genuine returns and exchanges.

What is your exchange policy?

If you are not completely with your item you may request an exchange within 14 days of the date of dispatch. For clothing and accessories we are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, based on stock availability. For bags and panniers we are happy to exchange your items for any other bag or pannier if the original bag or pannier does not fit your bike. Shipping is free on the replacement item.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not completely happy with your item you may request a refund within 14 days of the date of dispatch. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit/debit card or Paypal account and will exclude the original shipping costs which we deduct to cover the administrative cost of processing the refund. Please note card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.

Is my personal information kept private?

All the information you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.

To register with CycleStyle, we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. To process credit card orders online we also require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date.
