Delivery information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays in Melbourne, Victoria, will be dispatched within 1 business day after the next business day.

Delivery within Australia

We deliver within Australia via Australia Post.

We can also offer Express Post at an extra $6 per parcel.

Unfortunately, we can only ship to one address per order. If you want to shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry but we are not responsible for any delays, loss or damage caused by postage processes.

International delivery

We are happy to deliver outside of Australia – please contact us at info@cyclestyle.com.au to obtain a quote and we will aim to respond within 24 hours. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

Gift-wrapping

We think Julie Andrews was right when she sang ‘Brown paper packages tied up with strings, these are a few of my favourite things’. So all CycleStyle orders are wrapped up with eco-friendly brown paper, tied up with string and adorned with a touch of CycleStyle-ishness.
