Fashion blog Business Chic captured Malachi, the owner of Northside Wheelers in Prahran, looking ever so stylish and chilled out with his bike in the window and tulips at the door.

Tally-ho ladies and gents!
Thanks to some Sunday sun, the Melbourne Tweed Ride 2011 was a great success! A large contingent of tweed-wearers and vintage-stylers rode out from Federation Square along the tweedy brown Yarra River to Como House, which was hosting the Paris to Provence Festival.
We met up with lots of lovely people on their bikes, including Marianne of Esme of the Laneway, Cheryl from Business Chic, Lara from Wardrobe Wonderland, Pip from The Squeaky Wheel, Kealey from Thelma Magazine, Georgia and Alexandra from The Wheeler, Jen and Sondra from Frocks on Bikes Melbourne, Michael from Smart Alec hatters and a large contingent from the Vintage Bicycle Club of Victoria.
Here are some of our favourite pictures.

We are very excited to know that Carradice have collaborated with Ally Capellino to produce a line of bags specifically for bike commuters.
We are big fans of the high quality British workmanship embodied in Carradice’s and Ally Capellino‘s products (we use a Timothy for weekend trips away). The new range is like dream-bag-squared!
If you can’t wait for the new bags to arrive in store (slated for Northern Hemisphere Spring 2012) then some of Ally Capellino‘s current range is suitable for bike riding. Here’s a video showing Frank on a bike.
Marianne from Esme and the Laneway gets frolicking on her bike with a lovely Spring outfit – sunshine yellow cardigan, floral skirt and a polkadot hair scarf. Love the matching sandals too!
