   I used to ride with a bag like that under my seat (yay for the Brooks saddle), until one day I came back out to my bike after being away from it for a few minutes and some jackass had stolen my lunch out of it! Ever since then I just kept it all in a bag on my back.

   Keeping your weather gear rolled up and strapped in like that is a good idea, though.
